I had a great experience during my recent stay! The spacious room exceeded my expectations, and I loved that there were kitchen items available upon request. I was also impressed by how clean and quiet everything was, making it an enjoyable stay. Definitely coming back!

I had a wonderful time taking my grandson to the nearby West Palm Beach Golf Course, where we enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenic views. The staff were helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable, while the outdoor pool provided a perfect spot for relaxation.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from above was disruptive during our stay. It would be great if there were soundproofing measures in place to help families enjoy a peaceful and restful night.

The front desk was great, very attentive. You know, like they cared. My kids loved, loved the big pool, but let me tell you, it was dirty.

The room I had at Extended Stay in West Palm Beach was spacious and included a full kitchen, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly, making check-in easy. However, I ran into a couple of issues. The room had a musty odor and required some deep cleaning. The air conditioner was set too cold, making it uncomfortable at times. I also had to request cookware to get to use the kitchen. Even though the location was convenient and I loved that I could prepare my own meals, the lack of proper maintenance was disappointing. I enjoyed the space but faced several inconveniences that affected my stay.

The staff, particularly Sarah and Vanessa, provided excellent service throughout our four-night stay. The property is well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our family.

It was just a commendable fit for a quick break in West Palm Beach with best value for money ratio. The staff was helpful, and the manager quickly replaced a broken microwave during my stay. Make sure to ask for kitchen supplies at the front desk if needed.
